How soon
can we schedule our fundraiser?
We require a four-six week turn-around time from the
time your order is placed to delivery. Sometimes we can cut
this time if circumstances require this. However, remember
your Plus Fundraising Discount Cards are uniquely designed for
exclusive use by your group. This requires a special
production run just for you. (We do not mass produce cards
that all groups can use.)
Usually the more advance notice we have, the better the offers
that will be appearing on your card as we can be very
selective when it comes to offering space to your area's
participating businesses.
Do we have
to get the sponsoring area businesses?
No. We do this for you as we select from various
business types in your area. After this is done, we will
notify you with the details of the participating businesses
and their offers. (If you would like to select the businesses
you would like us to contact - and negotiate with - on your
behalf, we have an "Area Business Selection Form" that we can
email to you.)
How many
sponsoring businesses will be on our card?
It varies between 12 - 18 .The more cards ordered,
the more sponsors:
How and
when do we pay for the cards we sell?
At the conclusion of the Rally, after all of the
money is accounted for, payment is made.
Suppose we
cancel the fundraiser, are we charged?
It would depend on what stage we are in. If you
cancel prior to our contacting area businesses there would not
be any charge. If, however, we have already begun (or
completed) the process, you will be billed for the work
performed.
What is
our upfront cost?
.Nothing. We do the work of producing your exclusive
Plus Fundraising Discount Card as well as bear all production
costs for the cards and promotional materials.
Can we put
our logo on our card?
Absolutely. The front of the card contains all of the
information unique to your group: your logo, website (if
any)...
It is a great means of keeping your group’s name in front of
everyone who purchases your Plus Fundraising Discount
Card each time it is used.
Can we
select the 2 colors on the card?
All Plus Fundraising Discount Cards are
processed with using two colors:
RED
and NAVY.
On orders exceeding 3,000 cards, you may select two
PMS* colors.
Is the Plus
Fundraising Discount Card program available to all groups?
Our acceptance of a group depends upon where the group is
located and its size in terms of number of members.
Why should
we use Plus Fundraising Discount Cards as our fundraiser?
A few reasons:

money. Anyone purchasing your Plus Fundraising Discount Card
will use it REPEATEDLY for AN ENTIRE YEAR....savings hundreds

contains special offers from your area businesses. Quite a
value for anyone who purchases your card. (Matter of fact

Plus Fundraising Discount Card
sold…and with increased card sales (and Bonus Cards) this can
amount to up to $9 for each $10 Plus Fundraising
Discount Card sold.
